The accommodation period starts on the day of arrival at 4:00 PM and ends on the day of departure at 11:00 AM.
Before checking into the tent, you must fill out and sign the registration card, and then hand it over to the Kwiejcówka staff.
Using the services on the premises of Kwiejcówka requires a prior reservation made in accordance with its established terms and payments.
The provision of the service involves delivering a clean tent ready for use and providing information regarding the tent's equipment and usage rules.
Returning the tent by the client on the day of departure is done by handing over the clean tent to the Kwiejcówka staff.
Any changes to the arrival or departure dates contrary to the arrangements in the reservation (e.g., later arrival or earlier departure) do not entitle you to a reduction in accommodation costs or a refund of any funds.
Staying on the premises of Kwiejcówka after 11:00 AM (on the last day of stay) without prior agreement with the staff necessitates payment for the next day and does not guarantee the possibility of extending the stay.
Any defects arising during the use of the tent should be reported immediately to the Kwiejcówka staff.
The client bears full material responsibility for damage to or loss of items that are part of Kwiejcówka's equipment.
Damages resulting from improper use of the rented tents caused by the users of the facility will be settled primarily on-site, i.e., during the stay, according to amounts established by the Kwiejcówka staff, which will be sufficient to cover operating costs, repair damages, or purchase lost items.
Kwiejcówka is not responsible for valuable items and cash left in the tents.
There is a ban on organizing events on the premises of Kwiejcówka.
Quiet hours are in effect on the premises of Kwiejcówka from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Persons disturbing the peace and not adhering to quiet hours, or using entrusted property in a manner inconsistent with these regulations, will be required to leave Kwiejcówka immediately, without the right to any refund of previously incurred fees and any compensation.
Kwiejcówka reserves the right to refuse accommodation to persons visibly under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and behaving aggressively or in a manner generally considered vulgar.
Persons who are not clients of Kwiejcówka may stay on the premises only with prior consent from the Kwiejcówka staff and at a time determined by them.
Permission for dogs to stay is only possible after notifying the staff and obtaining consent during the reservation. Owners are required to have a current vaccination booklet for their dog and to clean up after them. Pet owners bear full liability for damages and material responsibility.
Entry and parking are allowed only in designated areas indicated by the Kwiejcówka staff.
The stay of children and youth under 18 at Kwiejcówka is only permitted under the supervision of adults.
Children and youth under 18 may use the equipment available on the premises of Kwiejcówka only under the supervision of adults, while adhering to appropriate safety rules.
The water area located on the premises of Kwiejcówka is unsupervised. Use of the water area is at your own risk and is prohibited during quiet hours.
Kwiejcówka is not responsible for inconveniences caused by factors beyond its control, force majeure (e.g., wind, storm, water, fire), or for interruptions in the supply of electricity or water, etc.
If leaving Kwiejcówka by vehicle after 10:00 PM, this must be reported to the Kwiejcówka staff.
It is prohibited to use personal electrical devices, gas cylinders, start bonfires outside designated areas, or use pyrotechnics in the tents.
There is a strict ban on smoking throughout the entire premises (especially in the tents).
These regulations have been approved by the management of Kwiejcówka and are in effect from July 1, 2020.
Guests using the services of Kwiejcówka agree to comply with the provisions of these regulations.

In accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, we inform you that:
The administrator of your personal data is Tomasz Bodetko, NIP: 9171106945, REGON: 385053216, address: Kwiejce 33, 64-734 Kwiejce, operating the Kwiejcówka campsite.
Personal data is processed for the purpose of making a reservation for accommodation and other services related to the stay at Kwiejcówka. Furthermore, the purpose of processing personal data by Kwiejcówka is:
to pursue any claims related to damages incurred by Kwiejcówka caused by the Guest, or to defend against the Guest's claims against Kwiejcówka,
to document the provision of services for tax purposes,
The legal basis for processing the Guest's personal data obtained by Kwiejcówka is the contract for hotel services. Kwiejcówka informs that consent may be withdrawn at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the validity of processing that occurred prior to the withdrawal.
Data collected for the purpose of providing hotel services and other services provided by Kwiejcówka will be processed for the period specified in the provisions of law.
You have the following rights:
the right to access the content of your data,
the right to rectify data when they are inconsistent with the actual state,
the right to delete data, i.e., the "right to be forgotten,"
the right to restrict processing,
the right to data portability,
the right to obtain a copy of the personal data processed by Kwiejcówka.
Your data may be shared or transferred to the following categories of recipients: - transport and taxi companies in the case of ordering transport or courier delivery for the guest,
companies providing IT support services for Kwiejcówka,

In the event that it is determined that personal data is being processed unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO).
